Hello everyone!
I have a question and I hope one of you has a solution.
Many links are reported and die shortly after I upload them for Copyright infringement. And 90% of them are reported from this address:
Do you have any idea how to protect the links on this forum? Just today 526 died. About 3 days ago another 1120, etc.
*Changing the host is not a solution. I want to stay with RG where I have a premium account.

Hi Admin,
I am shooting from the hip here.
One possible way is to ensure that ONLY members of the Forum have access to any of the threads.
They must have a PROPER email address to confirm who they are and where they are.
It also depends on whether it is the forum or RG that is being invaded, they may need to protect themselves from these invasions as well.
Another possibility is to ensure the links do NOT contain any direct information regarding Author, Series or Books.
Silly names for the threads.
Silly names for each file.
Even possible Password protect each file.
Trying to keep a handle on any of that will be a nightmare.
Another option maybe to only issue a link ID upon request, not on the request but to the registered email address and have an expiry duration on that link.
Again, a nightmare to administer.
Simply, more complex and policed access to the forum and a complex naming system for the files.
Possibly passwords and possibly time limited acces upon request.
NONE of this is going to be easy

I try to assist Admin as best I can. I now upload to my Cloud. It DOES go to sleep. Please allow time for it to wake up.
Usually MP3 format, Single file per book. Single folder for Series / Stand Alone
It is GOOD to share.
