not sure whats wrong but i get "Unable to perform this operation. Please sign in to DSM and try again later"

I am not sure why this happens. It may be that the unit goes to sleep and needs to wake up.
I am looking at the unit now and it is active and I am logged on.
It may be that you need to try a couple of times.
That said, what speed are you getting?
