The link you quoted is actually the main JP page on this site, but there's no Moscow on that page... I just did a text search on it to make sure I'm not going mad...
Maybe you meant to give a different link...?
Edited to add:
I just had a thought and checked and found that there's a SECOND page - access at the bottom of the main page - and I've just found DB's "alternative" link there - it's official - I am going mad... and blind... :-)
